Commercial Ball Valves

OVERVIEW:  Ball Valves are a form of quarter-turn valve that uses a pivoting ball to control flow through it. They are durable and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse. These qualities make them an excellent choice for shutoff and control applications.  

The ball valve's ease of operation and versatility lend it to extensive commercial service use. Valve bodies are typically carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass, as well as PVC or CPVC. There are a variety of options available, as seen in the Construction and Features table for each valve below.

  • The Econoflo Series-1 -Piece Ball Valves have Thread Ends and a 1-Piece, 316SS body, and a Reduced port. Designed for the economical OEM & Industrial Markets. 1000psi WOG. 1/4" to 2".

  • The Econoflo Series-2 -Piece Ball Valves have Thread Ends and a 2-Piece, 316SS body, and a Full port.  Blow-out Proof Stem. An ideal general purpose SS valve meeting plant-wide applications with exceptional economy and proven performance Construction. 1000psi 150SWP. 1/4" to 3".

  • The Econo-Chem Series Ball Valves have Thread or SW Ends, and a CS or 316SS  body. The 3-Piece swing out design facilitates easy maintenance.   • The Commercial Series T70 Ball Valves have Thread Ends and a 2-Piece, 316SS or CS (WCB, Phosphate Coated) body, and a Standard port. Built to satisfy high pressure applications affordably. 1/4" to 1". All sizes rated to 29" Hg vacuum service, 2000psi, 150psi steam.

  • The Pro-Max Series Ball Valves have Thread and SW ends, and 3-Piece, CS or 316SS bodies, with Standard ports. Fire Safe, Anti-Static ground, Direct Mounting. Designed for Fire Safe applications at Economical Prices. 2000psi (to 1-1/4"), 1500psi (to 2"). 1/2" to 2".

  • The Omni Series Ball Valves have Thread Ends and a 1-Piece, 316SS or CS (WCB) body, and a Reduced port. Fire Safe and Anti-Static ground. Designed for economical high pressure applications. 2000psi CWP, 175PSI SWP. 1/2" to 2".

  • The Multi-Choice Series Ball Valves have Thread and SW Ends, and 3-Piece, 316SS or CS bodies, and a Full port. Anti-Static ground, Direct Mounting, secondary media containment, Super-Tek seats.   • The EZ Series (RF) Ball Valves have Flanged Ends, with a 2-Piece, SS or CS body, and a Reduced port in 150 & 300 Classes. Fire Safe.   • The RB Series - Ball Valves have Thread Ends, with a 2-Piece, Brass body and brass ball, and a Full port. Blowout proof stem and secondary PTFE stem seal. FM, UL, NSF 61 rated. 600psi WOG 125 WSP. 1/2" to 2".

  • The Econo-Groove Series Ball Valves have a Grooved Ends, with a 3-Piece, 316SS body, and a Full port. Blowout proof stem and improved seat material. 1000psi. 1-1/2" to 6".

  • The Blow-Off Drain Ball Valves are mainly used for direct connections to Y Strainer blow-off connections used for cleaning the strainer. They have MNPT X FNPT Thread Ends, and have various body materials and features with four different models. 1/4" to 2".

  • The Brass Multi-Port Series Ball Valves have a Thread Ends, and a 1-Piece body, with a Standard port, T-Port and L-Port options, with a Four Seat Design allowing for an Off Position.  Chrome plated brass ball, with a pressure rating of 400 WOG/100 WSP. 1/4"-3".

  • The Multi-Port Competitor Series have Thread Ends and a 304SS body. The 3-Way Design has 4 Seats which allow operation in the Off Position. Direct Actuator Mounting and Locking Handle. The Low Cost All SS Construction is designed to compete with most brass or bronze valves. 1000 WOG Pressure Rating. 1/2" to 3".

  • The 316SS Multi-Port Series Ball Valves have a Thread Ends, and a 1-Piece body, with a Standard port, T-Port and L-Port options, with a Four Seat Design allowing for an Off Position.  Chrome plated brass ball, with a pressure rating of 400 WOG/100 WSP. 1/4"-3".

  • The Multi-Port Transflo Series Ball Valves have Flange Ends with a 1-Piece Ball/Stem Trunnion Design, and a SS or CS body with a Full port. 150 and 300 Classes. Both T & L Ports and Anti-Static Grounding Device. 3/4" to 12".

  • The Tri-Pro Bottom Flow Series Ball Valves with Thread, SW & BW Ends, with a SS or CS body, and a Full port. Fire Safe. 2000 WOG. The vertical flow diverting valve accepts media through the bottom and directs the product out to either of the two side ports. Often used alternately diverting flow from a single source to two different lines. 1/2" to 2".

  • The Bottom Entry Series Ball Valves with Flange Ends have a 1-Piece, SS or CS body, and a Standard L or T Port. Fire Safe. 150 Class. The vertical flow diverting valve accepts media through the bottom and directs the product out to either of the two side ports. Often used alternately diverting flow from a single source to two different lines. 2" to 6".

  • The True Union 2000 Standard Ball Valves are constructed of PVC or CPVC, and are available in Socket, Thread, Flange, and Spigot ends. They are economical and low profile, making them excellent for general purpose and many O.E.M. applications, and use a 3-Piece design for easy maintenance. 1/2" - 4". 235psi (1/2" -2"), 150psi (2 1/2" - 4").

  • The True Union 2000 Industrial 3-Way Ball Valves are constructed of PVC or CPVC, and are available in Socket, Thread, Flange, and Spigot ends.   • The CTS Commercial Ball Valves are constructed of CPVC, and are available in Socket ends. A high quality valve designed for line-stop use in Copper Tube Size CPVC hot and cold water distribution systems as specified in ASTM D 2846. 1/2" - 2". 100psi.

  • The Quarter-Turn Angle Supply Stop Ball Valves are constructed of CPVC, and are available in ends. They are used at plumbing fixtures to terminate and control hot and cold water for use in Copper Tube Size (CTS) hot and cold water distribution systems. 1/2". 100psi.

  • Premium pneumatic actuator is an Air-to-Air (Double Acting; optional Spring Return) featuring twin piston rack and pinion operation. This prepackaged combination is directly mounted to our PVC or CPVC True Union valve body, available in IPS sizes 1/2" - 2", with socket, threaded, or flanged ends.

  • The Utility Ball Valves are constructed of PVC or CPVC, and are available in Socket and Thread ends. A high quality, economical valve for irrigation, pool & spa, and other light-duty applications. 1-Piece for maintenance-free service. 1/2" - 6". 150psi.
